Shady Shafts® Return & Exchange Policy

At Shady Shafts®, all of our products are custom printed and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our wraps, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it goes directly into production. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shadyshafts.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product

If a defect is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

 

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting, including design selection, quantity, and shipping details. Shady Shafts® is not responsible for errors entered at checkout.

 

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly.
